This is off a 24 year old Pella screen door. It slides into a piece that attaches to the door. It is gray in color.

Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the screen door sweep shown in your photos. If you haven't already, I'd recommend reaching out to Pella or one of their dealers directly. I'm sorry we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
