Rubber sweep on my condo front door

Question

I live in a condo.  My front door which opens into the hallway has a rubber sweep on the bottom which is 1/3 torn away.  It appear to slide into a notch on the bottom of the 36 inch door.  No one on the maintenance staff know who manufactured the door.  Is there any way to find out how I can replace the bottom door sweep.  Herb
