Thanks for your patience during this busy season. Looks like you need a slider for a hinge. These aren't sold separately, so you're going to need an all new hinge. 

We can help, but I'll need a clearer photo of the entire hinge assembly. or at least more of it. I also need you to tell me the length of the base track; ie the track that screws directly to the sill.
