Rusco slider door handle replacement

Need this slider door handle or something that will work in it's place.
Center to center on the mounting screws is 5-3/8 inch.

Hello,

I can't be sure based on your photos but It looks like you might have a clamp-style handle set similar to the one shown in another customer's thread here. If so, the 82-009A would be our best match but you would need to make new installation holes to accommodate the 4-15/16" hole spacing of our assembly. Take a look and see if you might be able to adapt this to work for your repair. Thanks for posting!

What other information would you need to make it more accurate I do not believe this is the correct handle because the screws are at a different layout minor at 5 and 3/8 and these are all at 4 and 15/16

Unforutnately, we do not carry a replacement handle set with the same 5-3/8" hole spacing, which is not a common measurement for this type of sliding door handle set. If yours uses the same clmap style latch, the 82-009A would be our best option but modifications would be necessary.
