The operator and handle seem to be working but my window will not extend all the way out and it is currently not sitting flush in the opening. When opening one day the bracket was completely rusted.
Can you please confirm I do not need a new operator and which bracket I need?
I also have an issue on another window where the male handle broke off and the male piece is stuck inside the female operator crank. Is there something I can do to remove the broken metal?

We should be able to assist, but will need to see additional pictures to review. Are you able to show us clearer pictures of a top down view of the window open where we can see the hinge?
Is the operator with the stuck handle part the same style as shown in the pictures? Thank you!
