Rusted casement mechanism on the RIGHT window ... when looking toward the outside ...

Question

The window appears to be an MGM Industries model 4700 casement.

Photo 1 ... window labels.

Photo 2 ... top and bottom view of the left window which works perfectly and has no rust.

Photo 3 ... the right window on which the top arm is intact and the crank works properly. Obviously, the bottom "arm" is missing.

Photo 4 ... side view of the rusted window.

Photo 5 ... bottom view of the rusted window.

Hello there! It looks like you need a new hinge. I recommend you start by having a look at our 36-048 2-bar hinge set. Look over our specifications and compare them with your old part to see how they align. Just be sure to replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time.
