Rusted crank case operator

Dear Swissco, the cranky operator is rusted, and no longer turns using the crank. I have to open and close the window by taking out the crank handle, and then I am able to extend the window outward. I wanted to verify the type of crank case and operator that I need prior to purchasing one from your website
