Thanks for reaching out to us. This operator appears to be a match for our 39-221B. I believe this is the part you want, but look it over and see what you think.

We also sell the 39-451 cover/handle kit separately, assuming that the original cover and handle cannot be reused.

Following up. I was finally able to photo the actual part I need to replace. Is it the 39-221B?

If you needed the opposite handed side, then that would be our 39-220B. It also looks like your arm might be smaller than ours. Note that the arm on our operator is 4-7/8" long, not 4" like yours, but there is currently no version of the 39-220B with a 4" arm. This is currently our closest option but it is not guaranteed to work.

Lastly, I note that the end of your arm looks like it has a peg at the end, not a hole like ours. Can you verify?

To summarize, the 39-220B looks like it might be our closest option, but their are a couple important differences that may invalidate it for use. You should review these differences before you buy anything.

What about the 39-326? It looks about right.

My concern with this operator is that the base isn't as wide as your original. The 39-326 link arm also has a different orientation, with the link arm mounted under the gear arm and offset up. This is the opposite on both the 39-220B and your original part. Lastly, the peg on the 39-326 operator faces down, rather than up as what appears on your original part. For these reasons I don't think it would be applicable as a replacement option.
