Thanks for reaching out! I can't quite get a good look at the end-profile of your sweep, but it looks like something we should be able to help with. If you can send us a clearer picture of the shape of the sweep, with its dimensions, we should be able to recommend something. In the meantime, you can check out the available options here.

Looks to me like a kind of drip rail. We offer a couple different sizes, all of which can work on many different shower doors. See our 10-324, 10-325, and 10-326. Odds are that, regardless of what size you go with, you'll still have to trim it down to size with a hacksaw and drill new installation holes to match those in your door.
