Rylock Sliding Door Handle

I'm afraid I'm not familiar with this handle set. It looks like a fairly old design, so odds are it isn't available anymore. 

Before I say anything for sure, would it be possible to see the mortise latch, or however else this handle secures the door? If it's not made anymore, perhaps we can find a suitable alternative. That will depend entirely on how it works.
