Hi Bob. Thanks for weighing your sash. If your sash weighs 15 lbs, then you can use an S190-740 on both sides of the sash. One of these springs is meant to support 7 lbs of weight, so this will equal 14 lbs of support total; but one less pound shouldn't affect your window's operation. Also take a look at the 15-182 Balance Bushing and the 15-186 Balance Clip for extra support for your coil spring.
