S 380-25 0ption 2410

Question

The pictures for my top channel balance are 093039 and 093102. My bottom pictures are 093307 and 093233. The stop I have In my window is 085706. I am looking at the s 380-25 with 2410 option. It looks like the 18-172 stop is the one I have in my window. My question is will the s 380-25 top work with the window stop i have in my windows. The windows I have are made by Harcar.

Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-25 or S385-25 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 2410 spring strength options for your replacement balances as long as that option matches the stamp on your original balances metal channel.

As for the compatibility of the top sash guide, as long as the balances you purchase are direct replacements for the originals, they should work with your existing guides without a problem.
