S-380, 30", but I cant identify the bottom piece

I have a stamp that may be the sash weight - 29 4 IQ CALDWELL

S-380 looks right; 30" definitely right. The shoe at the top in the pic is definitely right (with wings). I really can't tell from the bottom as mine are damaged.

Hello! It looks like your bottom shoe lacks wings. If I'm understanding correctly, you have a 19-005 top and a non-winged bottom. Could our 15-001 be a match for that?

If so, I recommend our S395-30 channel balance. This comes with that combination of nylon fittings.

Hi Tom,

It's been a long time, but this project is finally back to priority 1. I went to order the new channel balances and realized I need to know the sash weight. How do I go about determining that?

Thanks,
Geoff

Hey, Geoff. The best way to determine sash weight is to simply weigh your sash on a scale. However, you can also just refer to the stamp; your old stamp is 29 4, so you would want to pick our 2940 option.
