S309 or S351 balancer

I can't figure out which one to order. My old balancer shoe measures 1 1/16 - not 1" or 1 /1/8th inch. James sent me info on the 2 measurements. Please advise.

Hello there. If the shoe depth is greater than 1" but just less than 1-1/8", then it probably is the Series 390. Sometimes these balance shoes can wear down from age; but so long as it clearly is either a Series 351 or Series 390 and the shoe depth is greater than 1", then it must be the Series 390. You can send us photos of the nylon attachments for further corroboration if you want to be safe.
