S351 channel balance

Here are pictures of the code and the over all of the channel in question. metal channel is 23 1/2" long and code is 2420B. I found the 2420 code on the 25" balances in my search.

Thanks for posting! It does appear that you do have either the S351-25 with a 1" shoe or the S390-25 with 1-1/8" shoe. To determine which series you need, carefully compare the dimensions for the depth of your shoe using the diagram below.

You'll also want to double check the length of the balances, as the metal channel of the balance should measurement 25" without the bottom attachments.

My metal channel length is 23 1/2" long. The weight load code of "2420" from my part is on YOUR 25" balance and not an option on the 23" and 24".
With a 23 1/2" channel, should I get a 23" or 24" replacement?

Thanks for confirming. You would not be able to use one of our standard balances to replace your existing hardware. These will need to be a custom order assembly.

With that said, I will need to know the exact weight of the sash these balances will be supporting to determine the stamp you'll need for the newer balances. The one you have cannot be cross-referenced.

I'll need to know the exact number of balances you intend to purchase to confirm pricing and availability. There is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom balances.

our sash weight is just over 15 pounds. channel length is 23 1/2" shoe is 1 1/8"(S390). please price custom size and time frame to get for 1 pair of balances made and sent to me. Whiteland, Indiana 46184.
