I just got my replacement for one of my windows and they worked and fit perfect. I am looking to order more replacement balances of a different size.
I have 6 bay windows which require the 31 inch replacement. The order i just received is what i can duplicate for my remaining bay windows.
However, and here is where is need your help. I have windows that i measured at 28.5 inches (28 1/2"). I don't see that size and i wondered if the 28 inch would work?
Can you advise me on the right option?

A 28" balance won't replace a 28-1/2" balance, unfortunately. It sounds like this may have to be custom made. Just to confirm, can you show me a picture of the top and bottom ends of the balance, as well as the stamp? Can you also confirm how many you need altogether?

Hi. Thank you for the reply. I have 9 windows of the size I am asking about. So a total of 18 balances. Plus the (10) 31 inch I will need also.
Do you also have replacements for the clips shown in the picture? I have a couple of those that are broken as well.

Thank you! We can definitely make this, though I think this is our Series 380, not Series 351. The Series 380 uses a 19-005 top and 15-005 bottom fitting. You may want to check those to confirm.
