S351 top clip window insert

Question

Hello. I recently replaced my sash balances with S351's and they are working great - except for one window. When I went to install, I noticed that the little plastic piece in the top corners of the lower sash were broken or missing, so there is nothing for the top of the balance to fit into. The top piece on the balance is a 19-002. Do you carry its mate on the window side?

It sounds like you may be referring to the top sash guides that hold the balances in place below the sash. If so, we may be able to supply them but we would need to see an undamaged guide removed from the window, along with written-out dimensions, to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
