S380-27 or S385-27?

Thanks for writing in! There is a chance the Series 385 balance is what you need but to confirm that with certainty, I'll need to see just one more detail May I see a photo of the pulley system in the center of the channel? There is where the spring and string meet in the middle.

Thanks for the photo. The S385-27 seems to be the right fit for your replacement; although, now that I've had a second look at the photo, I am unable to determine whether the measurement is 1" or 1-3/32". You'll need to be sure to double check this before making your purchase. If it is over 1", the S385 should be what you need.
