S380-31 Channel Balance Ron Nelson

Most of the parts for this model match my original with exception to the toe. The picture shows the difference between the 2 pieces. S385-31 doesn't seem to be an option. How do I get the same toe on the NEW part as my original?

That particular dimension on the nylon shoe really shouldn't affect window function. What matters most is the depth, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. If your old shoe has a depth of 1-3/32", then the Series 385 should be what you need.
