S380-37

Question

I seem to have the same problem with Channel Balance marked 3635.
I assume they were special order for a local Builder (Divosta) who built thousands of homes with Norandex windows.
I used either S380-37, either 3640 or 3630 and seem to work fine.
My problem is, as you can see at the photo, the bottom shoe only measures 7/8
So, I have to file down to make the guide fit.
Is there the correct one with a 7/8 shoe available.

Thanks for reaching out to us! We can absolutely supply you with a replacement for the channel balances you need but they would need to be a custom assembly. The good news is that they are something we can get made up right here in our warehouse.

You'll need a balance like the S380-37 but with a 15-029 Winged Channel Balance Shoe, which has a 7/8" depth. I'm happy to provided you with an order link for this balance, I'll just need to know the exact weight of the sash and how many balances you intend to order. Unfortunately, the stamp from your balance cannot be cross-referenced with ours.
