S380 Balancer

Question

Good day, I recently purchased S380 for a few windows that had the same Balancer. I need to get a few more for my other windows that have a different higth. The length of the metal piece for the new windows is 27 and 7/8 inches. the stamp on it says 27 3 Caldwell IM. I also need to find the right Sheen

Thanks for reaching out! Our Series 380 Channel Balances are not sold in 7/8" increments, so it is very likely you'll need the S380-28. You'll need to select the 2730 stamp.

This top sash guide looks like it could be our 18-008 5/8" Top Sash Guide. To confirm, take a look at the dimensions and compare them to your existing part to confirm.
