S380 Channel balances

Question

I was in contact with your customer service rep Steve on Dec 18th. Based on the pictures I sent him we determined that the channel balances I have on my Windows were the S380 series. I have 14 windows and I want to replace all the balances. I have found all but 5 in your inventory. Two of the three are 37

Thanks for your information. The remaining balances that you are inquiring about, is there any way you can send us photos of those complete balances removed from the window to help us determine a replacement for you?
