S380 or S385

Question

I have a nontilting window, and figured out that the part that I need is the S380 or S385. It looks like the she is worn down, and the depth is less than 1 inch, by the picture that I upload does it look like S380 which has a 1 inch shoe depth?

It is possible that your shoe was once 1" and wore down over time. It'a also possible that your shoe is instead the 15-029, which is only 7/8" deep. If you do have the 15-029, then we will need to custom make your balance, since it doesn't come standard on any of our Series.
