I need a component of the channel balance system to go with the S385-22 2120 parts i just ordered. This part that i need screws into the window near the Top of the channel. Can you help me with a replacement part Please.

Thanks for posting! Your top sash guide reminds me of the 18-171 Stepped Sash Guide. The exact replacement for yours is no longer available but this will work.
You'll just need to cut down the top of the guide so that it matches the same shape and specifications as your original.
