S385-24 channel balance - top sash guide needed

I have your S385-24 channel balance
I need the plastic part that attaches to the window (alum)that the
channel balance stops against. thanks

Sounds like you're describing the top sash guide. However, the Series 385 is compatible with a whole bunch. There isn't one top sash guide that works with it. Start with our 18-008 or 18-009 and see if either of these match yours. You should remove your old one to confirm that the style and dimensions match up. If neither of these match, please show us a picture of yours out of the window. That will help us find a match.
