S385-26 Channel Balance for 40# Sliding Window

Question

I've had some communication with Jasmine via e-mail (I sent her the pics below as well after you closed). I purchased two S385-26 2540 balances but they won't hold my 40 lb window up more than about six inches from the sill. I obviously went too low on the weight rating for these. I think I need the same balance but, in looking at another website, I think I need the 2580 option for my 40 lb window which isn't listed on your website.

Hello, Louie. We can supply a balance with a 2580 stamp option but it will have to be a custom order due to the heavy duty spring. I'll email you an order link and price quote right now for two of them.
