Top Sash Guide?

I purchased 2) 28" Series 385 Channel Balance...I need the plastic cap that is on top the window channel...I getting ready to order 6 more 28" Series 385 Channel Balance for 3 more window and need to replace this cap...hope you can identify it by the picture...thank you Mike
