S385-29 for 47 pound window

29" Series 385 Channel Balance Product Code: S385-29 I need this balance to lift a 47 lb window. What would this cost and can you make this item?

That is an exceptionally heavy sash. I'm not sure if we can make an S385-29 that can support that kind of weight. Can you confirm that 47 pounds is the correct weight?

Old new air impac window. Yes we weighed this. It is 47 lbs.

In that case, can we see a few pictures of the balance itself? With a sash that heavy, you may not have our Series 385 and I just want to make absolutely sure. There are many balances that resemble our Series 385 but are larger, due to a heavier load. Since yours may have to be custom made anyway, it's important that we confirm. Thanks!
