You can take a look at the shoe by itself, it is 15-001. Let me know if you need more dimensions than what is displayed in the 15-001 product picture.

The S390 is the correct channel balances for our window repair needs; however, I need clarification on the dimentions of the bottom guides. What I need is a 1" width from bottom sash guide to window guide. Anything wider will not allow window to close. Also, do you carry the rivets for this channel balance?

Thank you for your reply. I also need to know which is the correct top sash guide for this application. Would it be 18-008 or 18-032? I'm leaning to the 18-008.

Series 390 balances work with several top sash guides. To identify the top sash guide needed for your particular sash please send detailed photos of the current attachment.
