S395-22 in a 2165 weight

A home owner from USA says:
I was browsing your web site and noticed the S390-22 (and the S351-22) are available in heavier weights (2165 30-34lbs for example) while the S395-22 is not?

Is the only difference between the S395-22 and the S390-22 The Top (19-005 vs 19-002)?

I have a balance stamped 2190 BSI LF 30 (BSI is sideways) Which appears to be a custom 30lb balance. The top is winged, so 19-005. The bottom shoe is 15-001 (1 1/8, not winged). So S395-22... but the weights on your site only go to 2150 (23-27lbs).

I'll weigh the sash, I'll bet the S395-22 2150 will work fine. I was just curious why the S395-22 wasn't available in the same weights as the S390-22 (or S351-22). (2165, 2170, 2175)

Thanks
Tom

Thanks for posting! We should be able to get you what you need, yes. Can you just tell me which balance and option it is you need, exactly?
