S395-30 Window Balance??

A handy person from Hobe Sound, FL says:
Just placed an order for new Top Sash Guides for PGT windows. Thinking I may also need a new channel balance for at least one window. Can you confirm my guestimation? Length of the metal channel is just shy of 30 inches (29 15/16). Top attached looks like 19-005. Bottom shoe looks to be 15-001. This would make it product code S395-30. Stamp of 29 5 on the side of the channel which I'm guessing equates to option 2950. Can you confirm? Also, any chance we can then add it to my current order?

Tom from SWISCO responded:
Yes, this does look like an S395-30. To verify the 2950 option, weigh the window sash. It should come out between 28 and 32 pounds. Once you verify, you can place an order for all your parts online.
