S600-24 color option

Ordered: 34" Series 600 Spiral Tilt Window Balance, option: red-tip

Measured 9/16", thus in an email I sent, I was told (as your website explains), that it would be the 5/8 industry standard. Just unpacked the box and clearly the tip on the new Swisco 5/8 Spiral Tilt Window Balance on the left is Orange. On the right is the original Red-tip. Seeking guidance on what to do next as I want to finish this project. Thank you.

Thanks for contacting us. The colored tip on the S600-24 spiral balance is considered red. There is no orange tip for the Series 600 spiral balance. We hope this has answered your question. Would you happen to have any other questions pertaining to this balance?
