Using Blue Tip instead of Red Tip for S600-27

Can I use blue color instead of red color, it is too far to drive to the job location finding it.

It would depend on the weight of your sash. It is possible to have a balance that is too strong. If your sash weight is light, then a Blue Tip might be too much.
