S770-25F balances

I need 2 balances but your list of options doesn't include S770-25F. Thats the number stamped on it. The sash weighs 28.6# I also need 2 pivot shoes. Thank you!

Hello,

We have added the 25F stamp option online that can support a 28 to 30 pound window sash. There is a 5-6 week lead time. I recommend signing up on the product page to be notified when they are in stock and ready to purchase.

Please provide pictures of the original pivot shoe and dimensions of the width and thickness to move forward. Thank you!
