S770-28 Window Balance options

A quick learner says:

How can I order a S770-28e when all I see on your online order form is options 28b, 28c and 28d?
My sash weight is 29.0 lbs.
Any insight is appreciated.

Hi Greg,

The S770-28 with stamp 28E will carry a window sash weight range of 28 through 32 pounds.
We have just updated our store to now offer the 28" Series 770 balance with the 28E stamp option.
