S770 depth/thickness

Thanks for posting. The Series 770 should measure around 5/8" thick, but is typically considered 1/2" in the trade. So long as you are not dealing with an unusually skinny balance (3/8"), then the '1/2"' wide balances are generally uniform, with rare exceptions. Please send photos of your existing hardware if you are uncertain. We would like to see photos of the attachments at both ends and the stamp on the metal channel too, just to confirm what you are working with.
