Oh, I'm sorry. You aren't misreading anything, the shoe is sold separately. I thought your old one looked to be in good condition so I didn't think you needed it, but if I'm mistaken then I recommend our 15-216. This should work well for your window. You can add this to your cart along with the custom balances so that you can checkout with everything at once.

As for removing the old one without a cutout, you'll have to make one. I recommend watching the video below. This should go over the full process.

Looking at your order history, you just purchased the individual pieces separately, which is not advised. I would return those for a refund and use the custom balance order link I emailed you back on the 8th to place a new order.

That video features a different balance system entirely. It's a generic cover-all video that shows you the process one should follow for most pivot shoes, it's not an exclusive feature for one specific product. Ignore the products we used and just focus on the procedure.

I emailed you a link last week for a custom balance. Think of it like a special store page that only you can access. It would allow you to purchase an S770-28 balance with the 15-044 attachment pre-attached by us at our warehouse before we ship it. You need to get that link and place a new order using it.

You should then return the S770-28 and 15-044 that you already purchased. Keep the 15-216, though, because you'll still need it.
