S775-34B 1.1.4"

A quick learner from Nashville, TN says:
I bought 20 of these back in 2011 and used all but 4 of them on my Arrow Vinyl windows. I am replacing the balances again and was doing it the same way I believe I replaced them last time. I watched https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bwpWv3xpZkA. I duplicated the process and even replaced the pivot bars at the bottom. I put the window in, lowered it and inch and it froze. I have revered the direction of the "boot" and even gave the channel a shot of WD40. The little pins built into the boot seem to be digging into the channel I guess. That's all it could be. Help.

The little pin should only dig in the vinyl track when tilting in the sash. Once the sash is brought up and snapped in the track, the pin should release. When you installed the balances, see if the shoes are facing in towards you in the same direction, so when the tilt bar goes in they will twist the shoes to release.
