S795-27" series channel balance

Question

I received my 2 channel balance order # 1864224 I need the pivot bars that fit them
My old bars don't work. The total length of the old ones are 3"

I'm sorry to hear that your old pivot bars weren't compatible with our balance. Before I recommend anything, can you show me a photo of them? The S795-27 is compatible with quite a few different kinds and I want to make sure I get you the best part for the job.
