S795-31 balance question : SWISCO.com

Hi,
I ordered the S795-31 channel balance.
My only issue is that the balance shoe is too wide for the channel. Is there a similar balance available with a shoe that's narrower?

Thanks for reaching out! There are a few different shoes we have that I could recommend as possible replacements for your balance shoe. So, to narrow them down and ensure that I am providing your with the right replacements, I'll need to see a photo of your existing shoe.

Thanks for the reply Jasmine.
I will attach a couple of photos.
This existing show in the picture is 1-1/4" wide on the cam part.
I need something that is 1" or just under.
Let me know if these pictures aren't detailed enough.

Is there a chance that I could see the existing shoe rather than the one installed on the balance purchased from us?

Thanks for the photo. Take a look at our 15-194 T-Lock Balance shoe. Compare it to the existing shoe.

If you believe that this will still not be a fit, please confirm the diameter of your spring as we may need to provide a different replacement solution.
