S795-32C Channel Balance

Question

I window uses a 32" C Channel Balance but the Balance Shoe is a 1 1/4" T Lock Spring Shoe.

I looked at your PN S795-32C but it shows it uses a different shoe. How can I get the S795-32C Channel Balance with a 1 1/4" T Lock Spring Shoe?

Hello,

The S795-32 channel balance comes with the 15-195 T-lock shoe attached. If you could show us your balance shoe removed from the window, we'd be happy to confirm if this is the correct replacement.

Also, please note that the balance uses a screw clip at the end of the pulley cord for installation. Thank you.
