S795-34 Channel Balance with hook on top.

Thanks for reaching out! Since you have a rounded hole at the top of the window, you'll need a custom assembly.  The balance screw plug will not work to modify the window because it is made for a square shaped hole.

I'll need to see a photo of your existing balances, especially the T-Lock shoe to confirm that we are providing you with the correct replacements.

Also, please confirm the exact number of balances you intend to purchase. There is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom balance.
