I need to order the complete assembly and the pair of pivot bars for my double hung top sash. Can you assist me in making sure I order the complete assemblies for right and left sides of the top sash?
The windows in my house are all certainteed I had installed when I built the house some years ago. The number on the coil tongue is SA 409.

Thanks for the photos! Your coil assembly can be replaced with our 15-192 CertainTeed Pivot Shoe. I am confident this should be the correct replacement but be sure to compare the dimensions to confirm.
This shoe is compatible with the Series 170 Coil Balance. Since your spring is stamped with a 409, you'll need the S170-409. The cover used with this spring is either the 15-156 wide cover or 15-185 narrow cover, used along with the 15-157 CertainTeed Balance Drum.
The is a chance your existing pivot bar may not be compatible with the 15-192 shoe but the good news is the 26-175 CertainTeed Pivot Bar pair should work in its place.
