Hi, Manuel.

It looks like you have a S350-30 channel balance. You'll also need to weigh your sash to determine which spring strength option you'll need. There is a chart on the S350-30's product page that explains how to choose your option based on the sash weight.

If you have any further questions just let us know.

A home owner from Miami says:
Hi Emely,
The weight for one side sash is 240.0 Grams

Your window sash is the glass panel of your window that slides up and down. You'll need to remove your window sash and weigh it.

Take a look at the video below starting at the 0:22 mark, there is an example of a window sash being removed. Let me know if that helps.

A home owner from Miami says:
Sorry I give you the weight of the Balance.

The weight of the Window Sash with glass is 9.8 Lbs

A home owner from Miami says:

With a sash weighing 9.8 lbs, you'll need a spring strength option of 2910 which is used for a sash weight of 7 to 12 lbs.

For your sash guide, I'll need to see an undamaged version removed from your window, along with dimensions, to compare to our inventory.

A home owner from Miami says:
Emily,
The sash window I send you is one of the sizes but, I also have another size which is the same high but the width is 50" instead of 24" so I assume the weight is almost double!

For the sash guide find more pictures with the measurements and let me know if is ok

Our 18-166 is similar in design. Review our dimensions and compare them to your current sash guide to see if they match up.

A home owner from Miami says:
Emily,
Thanks for the information.

I think to be complete sure I will have to order a samples so I can be able try and see if is ok.

This is what I need for now to make sure is ok:
