SCHEIRECH Drawer Parts

Question

We are looking for the white plastic sleeve that the drawer arm fits in and it slides on to the back bracket.  It is for a drawer at our church that has been broken for over a year and have not found the parts.

Can we possibly see a photo of this drawer socket? We have a few parts like this, we just need to try to figure out which one is the right size.
