Thanks for providing the photos. The closest replacement match we have to your 3/8" thick screen corner is the 95-275 3/8" Square Cut Corner. Although, the height of the corner is 3/4".

We do have a Kolbe and Kolbe Screen corner that looks similar in design to your existing corner but it has a 7/16" thickness. Take a look over the dimensions of both of these corners and compare them to yours. See if either of these might be a fit for your screen.
