SGD-R25-72x96 handle set and lock.

Question

I need to replace the handle set and locking assembly on a sliding door:
SGD-R25-72x96

Do not need a set with the extended thumb turn.

Door handle screw spacing 3-15/16"
Would Product Code 82-030 work?

Mortise lock screw spacing 4-5/8", 3/4" wide faceplate, 45 degree keyway.
Would Product Code 82-226 work?

I've never seen a handle designed like yours before, with a thumb lever under the pull. That said, it seems the spindle that activates the mortise is still in the center, so I think our 82-030 can indeed work for you.

As long as the hole spacing matches the 82-226, then it should also work for your door.
