I'm afraid we don't have a top sash guide that matches your dimensions exactly, but our 18-166 is close. I would look over our measurements and triple check your own to see if this can be used as a replacement.

As for the balance, I'm afraid that I cannot determine what you need from the stamp alone. All that tells me is how the spring is calibrated, and that the metal channel is 28" long. The Series is determined by the combination of nylon fittings. I can see your bottom fitting in your third photo, but I'll also need to see the top in order to find the best match. Let me know!

The 18-166 is not available in black, but you could maybe consider our 18-009. This is another Kinco top sash guide with slightly different dimensions. I think it's worth examining.

I also recommend the S350-28 channel balance. This comes with a 19-002 top and 15-004 bottom. As long as those match then you should be okay.
