69"h x 24"w and frame is

OD 1/2"thick ID approx 1/4"

With a 1-1/4" Alumin. Border

I see that you were looking at the 10-081, which I agree would be our best replacement option for your shower hinge. With that being said, you would need to remove yours from the door to compare to the specifications below, as well as the information on our product page. I have the exact same pivot hinge and drip rail. I'm in need of a replacement drip rail with slider track on bottom to receive hinge system, and sweep is old too. What do you recommend

Hello,

We do carry replacement drip rails such as the 10-324, 10-325, and 10-326 depending on the length that you need. Unforutnately, they are not designed to accept any kind of hinge since they simply screw onto the face of the door. Take a look to see if one of these options could work for your repair.
