Thanks for posting. Could you provide pictures of the balance you need? Photos of any end attachment(s) would be especially useful. The length of the metal channel, not including those end attachments, would also be helpful to finding what you need. Many thanks.
I believe the model code 26-3 CA2 CMC7 (26-3 IS 27 INCH)
Thanks for the added photos. See either our S380-27 or S385-27 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two Series is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. With the Series 380 the depth of this nylon shoe is 1", whereas with the Series 385 it is 1-3/32". Compare with your own and see what is best.
Once you know which balance to select, you must choose a stamp option. The stamped numbers you cite of 26-3 conform to our stamp option of 2630. Let us know if you have any questions.
